Terms for Revenue Desk.

Internal business use
Revenue Desk is provided by Farmers' Storehouse LLC for authorized internal business use. It is not a public accounting service and may be used only by people who have been given an account or connection authority.
Bookkeeping review
Dashboard totals, deposit matches, class allocations, and proposed journal entries are decision-support information. They must be reviewed against source records and approved accounting practices before being relied upon. The application does not replace the company's bookkeeper, accountant, or QuickBooks records.
No automatic posting
The current QuickBooks integration is read-only. Local approval and CSV preparation do not post a transaction to QuickBooks. Any future posting capability must be separately enabled, attributed to an authorized superuser, and protected by explicit review and duplicate-prevention controls.
Account responsibilities
Users must protect their passwords, use only their own account, sign out of unattended devices, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Administrative and provider credentials must not be placed in email, chat, Git repositories, screenshots, or ordinary files.
Availability and changes
The application may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, network interruptions, or when its encrypted server vault is locked. Farmers' Storehouse may update these terms and application controls as the workflow changes.
