Privacy at Revenue Desk.

Purpose
Revenue Desk is a private business application operated by Farmers' Storehouse LLC. It summarizes authorized sales information and assists approved staff with bookkeeping review.
Information accessed
When an authorized owner connects QuickBooks Online, Revenue Desk may read the company name, chart of accounts, classes, deposit records, transaction identifiers, dates, amounts, account names, and related bookkeeping details needed for the displayed workflow. The application also reads authorized Wix and Clover sales information.
Credentials and tokens
Provider credentials and OAuth tokens are not sent to ordinary dashboard users. QuickBooks refresh tokens and company connection records are encrypted before being stored on the office server. The encryption key is stored separately in the locked application vault.
Storage and retention
Revenue Desk is designed to keep its application data on Farmers' Storehouse-controlled equipment. QuickBooks records are read when needed and are not maintained as a separate cloud database by this application. Encrypted connection state, company verification, user accounts, and encrypted security audit events remain locally until removed by an authorized administrator or required for operational and security records.
Sharing
Farmers' Storehouse does not sell QuickBooks or dashboard data. Access is limited to authorized users according to their assigned role. Data is transmitted to Wix, Clover, Intuit, and other connected providers only as required to use their services.
Security
The application uses encrypted storage, HTTPS, password-protected access, role restrictions, server-side authorization, restricted caching, and audit controls. No system can eliminate every risk; access to the office server and its administrative tools is restricted to authorized operators.
Disconnecting QuickBooks
An authorized superuser can disconnect QuickBooks from Revenue Desk. The application requests token revocation from Intuit and removes the active local connection. A limited encrypted company lock and audit history may remain to prevent an accidental connection to the wrong company and preserve security records.
